PROJECT
Spaced out
An inclusive concert bringing audiences and artists together, bridging the gap between stage and stalls to engage a wider public. The first half constitutes of pieces that have a very defined narrative, with themes corresponding to specific characters or scenes. Each piece is subsequently played, during the performance the images for each theme appear on the screen as the themes do in the music. The second half, we aim to give audiences the tools to make classical music more intelligible by stimulating a variety of senses, and to keep audiences, especially those with attention-related disorders, engaged. The audience is invited to move freely when the quartet is playing, sitting in between and even experiencing the vibrations and movements by sitting back-to-back.
